Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Friends and Customers,

Everyone's health and well-being of Grand Forks Kia is the most important thing to my family, my entire staff, and to myself.  As we all watch what is currently going on around our community, our country, and the entire world, we are all in question as to how long this is going to last, and what we can do as a company to help our community make a difference.  While so much is still unknown to us, we are going to closely monitor the situation and try and make our dealership a safe place for us to work, and our customers and friends to feel comfortable as we continue to conduct business.

As we listen to what the experts are telling the country about how to slow the spread of the virus, we are continuing to take our measures as well.  We have always held the safety and cleanliness of our staff and facility to the highest standards possible.  Please rest assured that we are taking proper precautions to uphold that standard, even higher during the current health scare.  

We are closely monitoring the guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) so as to help prevent any outbreaks within our buildings. All surfaces are wiped regularly throughout the day. There is a touchless hand sanitizer stand near the customer waiting area, we have soap and sanitizer wipes throughout the building, and lastly, we have a wonderful cleaning crew that comes in after hours.  We are going to continually monitor what we are doing and be prepared to make changes as we are informed.

As an extra step to help our customers feel comfortable, we are offering to pick up and or drop off your vehicle for servicing or for sales.  If you have an appointment but are unable to or you are uncomfortable with leaving your home, we are more than happy to help! Together we will all be able to get through this.  What makes our Nation strong is our communities, and I am very proud of our community and how we are able to accomplish great things.  Kia says that sometimes the road in front of us isn't always on a map, nor is it always leveled, or paved, but that hasn't stopped us before, nor do I see it stopping us now.  Our community is on a road, and like Kia drivers, if we are on that road that may not be perfect, it isn't going to stop us from getting there to complete our journey!
